Text Alert Service
Sign up for our prescription notification service and we’ll text you to tell you when your medicines are ready to collect.
Everything else stays the same, all you need to do is order your medicines as normal. If we already order your prescriptions for you, we’ll carry on doing this.
How it works
1. Tell us that you’d like to use this service through the website, in person or by phone.
2. If someone else usually collects your prescription, we can text them instead. You need to get their permission first.
3. You’ll get a text message telling you when your next prescription is ready for collection.
Things to note
Please do not reply to the text messages we send you. They are automated messages and we will not get your reply. If you think you're going to run out of your medication and have not had a text message, please contact the store during opening hours.
